Open Question: is the American dream of home ownership unsustainable and a lie?
after 63 years of the so called country life style have the suburbs become unsustainable? aren’t the suburbs the most energy intensive way of life, a lifestyle that much of the rest of the world can’t afford? As the world starts running out of oil (at least the oil that can be reached) won’t the price of oil reach a point where living the suburban lifestyle becomes unsustainable and those types of communities break down? as regards to is it a lie, aren’t property taxes a type of rent where you pay the government so you can live there? if you stopped paying you’re taxes then the government could take you’re house away and if you keep missing mortgage payments the bank has the power to take it away.and the money you bought it with is borrowed money from the bank not you’re own. and even if you bought it with you’re own money then you will be paying property taxes for as long as you live there. shouldn’t it be called home owership not home ownership?

Open Question: Should I begin my braces here and then continue them in Europe (home)?
I’m 37. I want to straighten my teeth. I don’t know if I will be able to stay in The USA farther than August this year. Should I begin the braces here and then, if I have to leave the country, continue the treatment in Europe (home)? Are the systems the same? Should I wait and see if I will be able to stay and then either begin the treatment here or there?
