Each seller wants a high price, fast, by selling his house. To sell the house for a hefty amount is not a matter of luck, as most of the people think. 1. Detach yourself emotionally :

Think that you are preparing your home for a new owner and that your home does not belong to you any more. You must give up your emotions. Say bye-bye to all the parts of your house. Do not dwell in the past, dwell in the future.

2. Personalize least with your home :

Remove all the family photographs from the walls and let them be bare. Photos distract the buyer.They may enquire about your family and people by seeing those photographs. 6. Pack your favorite items :

It may be the chandelier which your grandfather presented you or the wall clock which reminds you of your family tradition. - Sinks, tubs and showers should be re-checked.

- Mirrors and chrome faucets should be polished.

- Vacuum the floor and other furniture daily.

- It is time now to wax the floors.

- Rugs that are worn out should be replaced.

9. Let your home become more appealing :

- There should be a homely feeling for the buyer, once they enter your home.

- Clear sidewalks, plant attractive yellow flower plants as yellow invokes an emotion to buy.

- You can also group together the flower pots.

- There are many inexpensive but attractive flower plants; you can place them in your garden.

- Plants and bushes must be trimmed, and lastly,

- Your door number should be visible and easy to read.
